Shipping policy

  • We are currently accepting orders only within Pune city (Pune, Maharashtra, India).

  • Once the checkout process has been completed by the customer, the order details are verified and sent to the seller on the same day. The item is then shipped by the seller directly to the customer either personally or through third party services like Dunzo/ courier services.

  • All orders are prepared (made ready to ship) by the seller in 1 to 7 days (depending upon the product and/or the seller) after receiving the order. The item is then shipped in 3-5 (business) days after products is ready. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped (dispatched).

  • Product specific delivery details and approximate delivery dates will be showed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • We offer ₹100 flat shipping rate all over Pune city.

Cancellation policy.

  • A full refund will be processed if the order is cancelled before the product is dispatched by the seller. If the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, then the entire amount will be refunded after deducting the delivery charge.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at projectpradarshan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
